Durwood Zaelke's Testimony Before the European Parliament - 17 March 2011

IGSD President, Durwood Zaelke, testifies before Members of the European Parliament's Committee on the Environment, Public Health and Food Safety (ENVI), on the benefits of phasing out hydrofluorocarbon (HFC) greenhouse gases under the Montreal Protocol ozone treaty, as well as targeting short-lived climate forcers such as black carbon, tropospheric ozone, and methane.
