Dennis Clare is a Senior Law Fellow at IGSD focusing on international climate policy and near-term climate mitigation. He has a background in both domestic and international climate issues and has written about climate change for a variety of publications. He also serves as a climate advisor and delegate to the UNFCCC for the Federated States of Micronesia. Previously, he reported on industry and climate change for the major 2008 PBS FRONTLINE documentary, Heat, for which he covered US climate policy and the UNFCCC negotiations. Mr. Clare is a graduate of Princeton University and Yale Law School.
