Erika Gerstenberger

Erika Gerstenberger is a Law Fellow at IGSD focusing on climate litigation. She also researches super pollutant mitigation under the Paris Agreement via Nationally Determined Contributions. Erika previously served as an Associate with an environmental law firm in New York, focusing on renewable energy development, land use, and hazardous waste, and served as an intern with the New York State Attorney General’s Office in the Environmental Protection Bureau.

Erika holds a J.D. from Vermont Law School and a Master of Science in Law and Public Policy from Northeastern University. She is a member of the bar in New York State. Erika is fluent in German and English.
