Melinda Soffer is the Director of Finance and Administration at IGSD. She manages grant budgets and office finances, as well as supervises IGSD’s administrative staff.

Melinda has over thirty years of accounting experience at non-profit organizations, giving her an extensive background in grant management as well as drafting and editing grant proposals and reports for a variety of projects. She also specializes in budgeting, trend forecasting, and financial statement preparation. 

Melinda holds an M.B.A. from George Washington University and a B.A. from Skidmore College, Saratoga Springs, New York.
