Alyssa Hull

Alyssa Hull is a Research Associate at IGSD, where she focuses on tracking and writing about the latest science to support fast mitigation action on climate. Previously, Alyssa worked as a chemical spectroscopist and, more recently, as a science educator at the college and secondary levels. During her time as an educator, she developed curriculums on environmental justice, climate action, and climate emotions in adolescents.

Alyssa holds a B.S. in Chemistry and a B.A. in Art Conservation from the University of Delaware, as well as a M.S. in Chemistry from Duke University. Alyssa was a U.S. Fulbright Fellow to Norway, leading efforts to apply chemical techniques to the study of paintings and materials by Edvard Munch.
