Matthew Stilwell a Senior Attorney at IGSD where he advises governments, and international and non-governmental organizations in multilateral negotiations on climate change, energy, trade, and sustainable development.
Matthew also serves as co-convenor of the International Justice Initiative at the University of Tasmania and has taught at universities in Europe, North America, and Australia.
