Mike Frizzell is a Diplomatic Fellow at IGSD focused on reducing super pollutants in the Africa region. Prior to IGSD, Mike was an investigator with the Sierra Club Legal Defense Fund (now Earthjustice) in Alaska, working with the Tlingit of Angoon, Admiralty Island. 

Mike studied at the University of California, Los Angeles, and has lectured at the University of California, Santa Barbara.

He is a decorated U.S. Marine Corps veteran.
