Sunandini Seth is the Program Coordinator for the India Program at IGSD where she is responsible for program management and coordination between IGSD and key stakeholders. IGSD’s subnational work focuses on fast mitigation strategies to protect the climate, including reducing short-lived climate pollutants, and driving investments for the sustainable development of climate-vulnerable states in India.
Prior to IGSD, Sunandini worked with the Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI), Ministry of New and Renewable Energy of the Government of India to help develop investors principles. She also worked with the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) in India where she managed stakeholder communications, and on multiple climate projects with the Delegation of the European Union to India & Bhutan under the First Counsellor of Energy & Climate Action.
Sunandini earned her Master’s in International Relations and Diplomacy from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS) in London, United Kingdom, where she majored in Global Energy & Climate Policy. She speaks fluent English and Hindi.
